I've just returned from one of our tours to the USA where we took investors to Texas and Nashville to see some of the outstanding opportunites. Its just mind boggling what's available. It is possible to buy properties that are not only cash positive but are experiencing value growth.  Inspite of what we read in the papers there are still growing markets in the USA, Texas is one of these. Adventure Odyssey

Have you heard of the "CashFlow on Ice Experience" ? In Jan 22nd 2009 i will be joining Adventurer Peter "the Iceman" Bland and Nik Halik to Antarctica for what promises to be the most amazing experience of my life. Your welcome to come too !
